Dear Efrem, Michael & Roselyn:
On behalf of the officers and members of the American Guild of Musical Artists, AFL-CIO, the labor union that represents American opera singers, including those who perform at the Los Angeles Opera, I write to thank you for the very exceptional services of Wendy Krueger at the Luxe Rodeo Drive. Last week our union held a leadership conference in LA and Wendy arranged our hotel rooms and banquet at the Luxe. Her assistance and courtesy were exemplary and she made sure that our leadership was accommodated and fed to their complete satisfaction, and that they were truly made to feel at home at the hotel.
Among our guests at dinner were representatives from the various networks and from the Opera, and they were so impressed with the level of service that Wendy provided that I took the time to introduce each of them to her, inasmuch as I am sure that they would want to contact her about their own hotel and banquet needs.
In an era when it is so unusual to receive exceptional treatment, I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for her outstanding help and assistance.
